
This is THE spinach dip you will be asked
to make over and over again.

Spinach Dip
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen
spinach soufflé
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup milk
1/2 (1.4-ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix (3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Corn chips
- Thaw spinach souffle in
microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
- Combine spinach souffle,
cream cheese, milk, and soup mix in a heavy saucepan. Bring to
a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until blended.
Remove from heat, and stir in sour cream and hot sauce. Serve
hot with corn chips.
