Serve this spicy-seasoned cream cheese and chopped peanut dip with crackers or vegetables.

Maggi Peanut Dip

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups (10 ounces) shelled unsalted peanuts
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, rinsed and dried
4 serrano chiles, stems, seeds and veins removed (wear gloves for this)
2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
Assorted crackers and vegetables
  1. Place cream cheese, peanuts, evaporated milk, cilantro, chiles and bouillon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Makes 4 1/2 cups.
