Shake up your salsa with
mangos. This salsa is a combination of sweet and spicy. Serve
on Spicy
Pork Quesadillas,
Shredded
Pork Tacos or simply
with tortilla chips.
Mango
Salsa
- 2 to 3 ripe mangoes, chopped
1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced *
1/4 cup minced red onion
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt, to taste
- Stir together all ingredients
in medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until
ready to serve. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
*When handling hot peppers,
wear rubber gloves to protect the skin.
