Mexican Dip with Cheddar
Serve this mildly spicy cold cheese dip with crisp tortilla chips and fresh vegetables for dipping.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded Wisconsin Sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until well-mixed and almost smooth. Chill before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables for dipping.
Makes 12 appetizer servings.
Tip: For milder flavor, use Wisconsin Colby or Wisconsin Mild Cheddar cheese.
