
Serve this Mexican-style
cold cheese dip with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables for
dipping.
Mexican
Dip with Cheddar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded Wisconsin Sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 (2 1/2-ounce) can green chiles
- In a blender or food processor,
combine all ingredients. Blend until well-mixed and almost smooth.
Chill before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips
and fresh vegetables for dipping.
Makes 12 servings.
Tip: For milder flavor,
use Wisconsin Colby or Wisconsin Mild Cheddar cheese.
