6 prosciutto slices
12 ounces monkfish fillets (fresh or defrosted), skinned and cubed in approximately 12 pieces
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill.
- Cut each prosciutto slice in half and wrap around the cubes of fish. Secure with a toothpick and season.
- Cook on a moderately heated grill for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once.
