This is a colorful and fun sweet-tart and
salty treat for kids' parties.
Nerds Popcorn
8 cups popped popcorn
1 box WILLY WONKA® NERDS® Candies, any flavor
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter OR margarine
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Combine popcorn and Nerds in clean brown
heavy-duty paper bag.
Combine sugar, butter and corn syrup in
small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Pour sugar mixture over popcorn; fold
bag closed. Shake thoroughly to coat popcorn. FAST PACED RECIPE!
Move quickly once the sugar mixture has boiled otherwise it starts
to set and is difficult to coat popcorn.
Makes 8 cups.
