Cream cheese, chopped onion and a vegetable soup base are combined to make a tasty dip for potato chips.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vegetable soup base or bouillon granules
Potato chips or assorted crackers for accompaniment
- Place cream cheese, onion, water and vegetable base in blender or food processor; cover. Blend until combined. Serve with chips.or crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
