Pesto Cheese Dip
In less than 30 minutes and with just 5 ingredients you can wow your friends and family with this amazing dip.
2 (10-ounce each) packages frozen Welsh rarebit
1 (3.5-ounce) jar pesto
1 (7-ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and diced
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Thaw Welsh rarebit in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 to 6 minutes.
- Cook Welsh rarebit and remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve dip warm with assorted raw vegetables or toasted bread cubes.
