A simple dip with incredible
taste and all it takes is just four ingredients, cream cheese,
crushed pineapple, red onion and green pepper. Serve with crackers
and smoked ham slices.
Pineapple
Dip
- 2 (8-ounce each) packages
cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed
pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped
red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped
green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt or to
taste
- Combine all ingredients;
mixing well. Chill for 2
hours before serving.
- Serve with a variety of
crackers.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups
