A great popcorn snack mix for the winter holidays...but you won't want to wait for a holiday to nosh on this sweet treat because it's just too good not to have it year-round!

Pumpkin Pie Popcorn Mix with Raisins

1 bag low-fat microwave popcorn
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup California Raisins
1 (5-ounce) package glazed pecans
Butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray
  1. Microwave popcorn according to package directions and empty into a large bowl. Remove all unpopped kernels.
  2. Stir sugar and pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
  3. Spray popcorn liberally with cooking spray and toss to coat evenly. Add raisins and pecans. Sprinkle with sugar and spice mixture and toss until popcorn is well coated.

Makes 12 (1-cup) servings.

Preparation time: Five minutes
Cooking time: Two to five minutes
