Raspberry Apple Danish Spread.

Put a new twist on the traditional starter and impress guests with a quick and tasty treat.

Raspberry Apple Danish Spread

1 (8-ounce package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 apple, chopped
2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
1/3 cup granola
Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon crackers
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread Neufchatel cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or 15 by 10 by 1 inch pan.
  2. Combine apples and jam; spread over Neufchatel cheese. Top with granola.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

Makes 12 servings (1 1/2 cups).

Variation: To serve as a cracker topper instead, spread 60 Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crackers with cream cheese. Combine apples and jam; spoon onto crackers. Top with granola. Place in a single layer in shallow casserole pan. Bake at 350 F for five minutes or until warmed.
