Salmon Ball

No recipe image available.A delicious variation on the traditional cheese ball.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (7.5-ounce) can salmon
2 heaping tablespoons horseradish, squeezed dry
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Salt to taste
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Cooking Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together, except the nuts (use a food processor if you want a smoother texture); chill. Shape and roll in nuts before serving.

Makes about 1 (1-pound) appetizer ball.
