Sautéed Gouda Wings

No recipe image available.Who doesn't love breaded fried cheese? Serve these cheesy fried 'wings' with honey mustard.

Recipe Ingredients:

7 ounces Gouda cheese (chilled)
1 large egg, beaten
Dry unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Honey mustard for accompaniment

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cut cheese into 6 to 8 wedges; dip in egg and coat generously with bread crumbs. Cook in melted butter in small skillet over medium-low heat until cheese is soft and browned on all sides.
  2. Serve warm with honey mustard.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
