A sophisticated seafood spread perfect for entertaining.

Seafood Spread

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 pound cooked crab, drained and chopped (or other cooked seafood of your choice)
1 (12-ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce
1/4 cup fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
  1. Combine cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl; mix well.
  2. Spread mixture over bottom of serving dish.
  3. Top with seafood.
  4. Pour cocktail sauce over seafood.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with crackers.

Makes 30 appetizer servings.
