Serve this delicious fruit salsa with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled meats.

Simple Southwest Fruit Salsa

1 (15-ounce) can Del Monte® Chunky Mixed Fruits or other Del Monte® Canned Fruits, drained
1/2 cup red onion, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon (fresh or canned) seeded and chopped jalapeño pepper, to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish, steaks, pork or lamb chops.
