Smoked Mackerel and Avocado Pâté

8 ounce smoked mackerel fillets, skinned
2 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 small avocado, peeled and chopped
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until blended.
- Spoon into 2 ramekin dishes. Chill for 1 hours
- Serve individually as a starter with watercress or salad leaves and bread rolls.
Makes 2 servings.
