Spicy Italian Popcorn
Easily turn plain popcorn into a tasty Italian snack by tossing it with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
10 cups hot, freshly popped popcorn
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Drizzle olive oil over popcorn in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss well and serve.
Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.
