Pumpkin La Lechera Spread
- 1 (15-ounce) can LIBBY'S®
100% Pure Pumpkin
1 (14-ounce) can NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed
Milk
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
- Combine pumpkin, sweetened
condensed milk, cream cheese, cinnamon and cloves in blender;
cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until thickened.
- Serve as a spread with
bread or as a dip for fruit.
