baked brie with lavosh, thinly sliced toasted bread, and sliced
pears.

Baked Brie
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces Wisconsin Brie cheese, with top molding removed
- For topping, combine brown
sugar, walnuts, flour, and butter.
- Cover Brie cheese evenly
with topping.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C)
for 4 minutes. Serve with lavosh and sliced pears.
