Welsh Rarebit Crab Dip
This rich crab dip will be a favorite with all those seafood lovers in your family. Serve with crisp chips or crackers or spread on toasted French bread slices for your next party.
1 (10-ounce) package frozen Welsh rarebit, defrosted according to package directions
2 (6-ounce each) cans crabmeat, drained
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 bag tortilla chips or crackers
- Cook welsh rarebit, crab meat, green onions and mayonnaise in medium saucepan over medium-low heat or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
