Bean Pesto Dip with Pita Chips
- 3 (15-ounce) cans cannellini
(white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained
1 (7-ounce) container BUITONI Refrigerated Pesto with Basil
3 to 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Pita chips
- Place beans in food processor;
cover. Process until smooth. Stir in pesto. Add lemon juice to
taste. Season with ground black pepper. Serve with pita chips.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
