Mashed yams (or sweet potatoes)
are combined with plain yogurt and dry onion soup mix to create
a delicious and good-for-you healthy dip.

Dip
- 1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup fresh yams (sweet potatoes), cooked and mashed or 1/2
(15-ounce) can yams, drained and mashed
- Mix ingredients together
and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
