Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Brownies

No recipe image available.These super easy cheesecake brownies use refrigerated cookie dough for the crust.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (20-ounce each) packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 (8-ounce each) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press 1 package of cookie dough on the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add egg; mix until blended. Spread over crust; top with spoonfuls of remaining package chocolate chip cookie dough.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown; cool. Refrigerate before cutting into squares.

Makes 24 brownies.
