Quick and easy no-bake
graham cracker and peanut butter cookie bars with a milk chocolate
topping.
Peanut
Butter Cup Bars
- 6 ounces graham cracker
crumbs, crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Combine crushed graham
cracker crumbs and melted butter. Add creamy peanut butter and
powdered sugar. Pat
into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Melt chocolate chips and spread
on top.
Makes 24 bars.
