Peanut Butter Cup Bars
Quick and easy, no-bake graham cracker and peanut butter cookie bars with a milk chocolate topping.
6 ounces graham cracker crumbs, crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Combine crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Add creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Pat into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread on top.
Makes 24 squares.
