These yummy, super easy 'brownies' are made with crushed vanilla wafers, both semisweet and white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla...and that's it!

White Chocolate Chip Brownies

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter a 9-inch square pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips over low heat until smooth; set aside to cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together wafer crumbs and condensed milk. Thoroughly blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Stir in white chocolate; mix well.
  4. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until firm and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into bars.

Makes 24 brownies.
