A decadent white chocolate variation on a traditional chocolate brownie.

White Chunk Blondies

3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter OR margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Baking Bars, chopped
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Grease 9-inch-square baking pan.
  2. BEAT sugar, butter and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; beat into sugar mixture. Stir in baking bars. Press into prepared baking pan.
  3. BAKE for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
