Broiled Seasoned Steak

Recipe Ingredients:

4 Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks, 3/4-inch thick
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons steak seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine steak seasoning and minced garlic, and rub on steaks.
  2. Place steak on broiler pan so surface of beef is 3 to 4-inch from heat.
  3. Broil 10 to 13 minutes, turning once.

Makes 4 servings.
