Creamed Chipped Beef and Cabbage
Served with noodles this quick and simple, hearty meal is sure to be a cold weather favorite. Try using a small head of savoy cabbage for a different twist.
1 (11-ounce) package frozen creamed chipped beef, cooked according to package directions
1 small head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
- Pour water in large skillet to 1/2-inch depth; heat to boiling. Place cabbage in water; cover. Cook until tender; drain. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Place cabbage on dinner plates; spoon creamed chipped beef over cabbage.
