Grilled Prime Rib with Asparagus

Recipe Ingredients:

Vinaigrette:
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

2 slices of prime rib, 3/4-inch thick
1 to 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme and sage
Zest of 1 lemon

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients for vinaigrette and store in a cool place.
  2. Steam asparagus, let cool.
  3. Season prime rib and grill until done.
  4. Place asparagus on a plate with prime rib; dribble vinaigrette over the asparagus and garnish with lemon peel and herb sprigs.
