Peppery Strip Steaks

Recipe Ingredients:

4 boneless beef top loin (strip steaks), cut 1-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
2 teaspoons steak seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Press seasoning onto beef steaks.
  2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
  3. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to
    medium doneness, turning occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
