Rolled Steak Stuffed with Asparagus

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (3 to 4-pound) flank steak, butterflied, open
1 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoon horseradish
2 tablespoon minced garlic

Cooking Directions:

  1. Spread horseradish and minced garlic on the steak.
  2. Arrange spears in a single row over spread.
  3. Roll tightly and tie.
  4. Roast in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 8 servings.
