Sweet and Spicy Glazed Delmonicos

4 Delmonico/Ribeye Steaks, cut 3/4-inch thick
1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- To make glaze, combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, hot sauce and pepper.
- Grill steaks for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush glaze over meat and/or vegetables during last 3 minutes of cooking.
