Recipe Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon bran
1 teaspoon honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine banana, milk, honey, bran in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
