yogurt
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor

Drink
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ or oat bran
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place yogurt, milk, Carnation Breakfast
Essentials Drink, banana, honey, wheat germ and ice in blender;
cover. Blend until smooth.
