California Avocado Potassium Power-Up Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1 ripe California avocado
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup non-fat frozen yogurt (vanilla, orange, or peach)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Just before serving, add frozen yogurt; blend until thick and smooth.

Makes 4 servings.
