California Icy Fruit Cubes

California Icy Fruit CubesSweeten your iced tea with these healthy frozen cubes of fruit!

Recipe Ingredients:

3 cups fresh California peaches, plums or nectarines, pitted and sliced*
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and purée.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

Makes 6 servings.

*Approximately 4 peaches or nectarines, or approximately 8 plums.
