Cappuccino Granita

4 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk
2 tablespoons instant espresso or coffee crystals
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cinnamon for garnish
  1. Stir ingredients together until coffee is dissolved. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
  2. To serve, scrape with a spoon or ice cream scoop. Place in a stemmed glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon or garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
