Chocolate-Peanut Shake

1 ripe medium banana, cut up
1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate or vanilla low-fat ice cream
  1. In a blender container combine banana, chocolate fat free skim milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Add low-fat ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.

Makes 2 (10-ounce) servings.
