
Try this Mexican version of hot chocolate.
It is a sweet and delicious combination of milk and chocolate
that is ideal for the whole family.
Chocolate
Caliente: Mexican Hot Chocolate
- 1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ®
CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablets (90 grams
each) NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate, chopped
- Combine evaporated milk,
water and chocolate in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil) and chocolate is
melted (there may still be some small pieces). Remove from heat.
Beat with wire whisk until a little frothy. Pour into mugs; serve
immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
