Cool, refreshing pineapple
nog...egg nog never tasted so good and tropical!

Pineapple Nog
- 3 cups buttermilk
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (juice pack), chilled
1/4 cup granulated sugar or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 ice cubes
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- In a blender container
place buttermilk, undrained pineapple, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until combined.
- With blender running,
add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid. Blend until
mixture is nearly smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 6 chilled tall
glasses. If desired, garnish each serving with a sprig of mint.
Makes 6 servings.
