What could be easier? Cold milk and frozen banana create a thick and creamy smoothie that's as simple to make as it is yummy!

Goin' Bananas Smoothie

1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks
2 teaspoons granulated or brown sugar (or honey or artificial sweetener), if desired
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a blender, combine milk, frozen banana, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
