Green and Gold Kiwifruit Daiquiri

2 green kiwifruit
2 gold kiwifruit (or substitute 2 green kiwis)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup white rum
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Slice kiwis into halves, and spoon the fruit out into a blender.
- Add lemon juice, rum and sugar, and pulse until just blended.
- Add ice cubes, and blend until frothy. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
