A sparkling orange mimosa to serve at a
holiday brunch buffet.
Holiday Mimosa
- Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored
liqueur
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1 cup fresh orange juice
- Pour a small amount of
Grand Marnier in a small bowl.
- Place the sugar in a saucer.
- Dip the rims of Champagne
glasses first in Grand Marnier, then in the sugar.
- Fill each Champagne glass
with three parts Champagne and 1 part orange juice.
Makes 6 servings.
