Honeydew
Melon Shake
- 1 cup peeled honeydew
melon, cut in chunks
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- In a blender or food processor
blend together melon, yogurt, ice cubes and sugar. Process at
high speed for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
