Iced Apple Tea

Iced Apple TeaCrisp, cool and refreshing, serve this honey-sweetened, spiced apple tea year-round!

Recipe Ingredients:

3 cups boiling water
6 tea bags
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon allspice
3 cups apple juice or cider
Apple slices, cut in circles for garnish (optional)

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to boil and add tea bags. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags from saucepan and add allspice, honey and apple juice. Simmer over low heat until honey is blended, about one minute. Chill.
  3. Serve over ice with lemon slices.

Makes 5 servings.

Tip: This spiced apple tea beverage can also be served hot.
