
Kiwifruit is a sweet change up for the
slushy daiquiri.
Kiwifruit Daiquiri
- 1 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
- 2 or 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 or 2 ounces rum (optional)
- 8 ice cubes, crushed
- 2 kiwifruit slices
- Blend all ingredients except kiwifruit
slices in blender until smooth.
- Serve in stemmed glasses; garnish edge
of each glass with kiwifruit slice.
Make 2 servings.
*Rum may be omitted for a fruity, colorful,
alcohol-free drink.
