Kiwifruit Drop

Recipe Ingredients:

Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet:
4 ZESPRI™ Gold Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
1 (12-ounce) can lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups water

Kiwifruit Drop (1 serving):
2 tablespoons Gold Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet
1 1/2 ounces vanilla extract vodka, chilled

Cooking Directions:

  1. For Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet: Purée kiwifruit in food processor until just blended. (Do not crush kiwifruit seeds.) Stir kiwifruit purée into lemonade concentrate and water in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Cover and freeze for 8 hour or overnight. Scrape into flakes with spoon.
  3. To Make Kiwifruit Drop: Scoop Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet into chilled martini glass. Add vodka and serve immediately.

Makes 4 cups sorbet and 1 cocktail.
