popular yogurt drink in India. Ready in just 5 minutes, this
blender-made beverage is refreshing.
Mango
Lassi
- 1 (11.5-ounce) can mango
nectar, chilled
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried
mint, or 2 fresh mint leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin,
(optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Place nectar, yogurt,
mint, cumin and salt in blender; cover. Blend until combined.
Makes 2 servings.
