Mocha Chocolate Fluff
An icy thick, spirited coffee and chocolate frappé served topped with grated chocolate.
1/2 cup hot strong coffee
1 (1.65-ounce) bar milk chocolate, broken
1/3 to 1/2 cup bourbon
5 to 6 ice cubes
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Grated chocolate for garnish (optional)
- Combine coffee and pieces of chocolate in container of an electric blender; blend mixture until smooth. Let cool.
- Add bourbon and ice to coffee-chocolate mixture; blend until smooth.
- Add ice cream and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
