This easy to make peppermint cocoa mix
also makes a great wintertime gift.
Non-Dairy Peppermint
Cocoa Mix
- 3 (4 1/2-inch) peppermint sticks
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- Crush peppermint stick with a small amount
of the powdered sugar in a food processor or blender.
- Combine the crushed peppermint with remaining
sugar, creamer and cocoa; mixing well.
- To serve add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling
water per serving.
- Store remaining mix in a jar or airtight
bag.
Makes 8 servings.
